Order changes and cancellations:
Once the order has been processed by you and you have agreed to the terms and purchased the items. They can not be changed or cancelled. Orders are processed immediately once paid for. Orders are also shipped out the same day of order if made before 11:00 am CT. Not on weekends or Holidays.
Returns: We offer a full store credit or refund if the items being returned meet the following requirements.
- You must contact Be`l Beauty blbeauty.co before sending items back for return. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and pictures of the items if it/they are damaged within 3 days upon receiving the order.
- All merchandise must be in original packaging un-opened. With original tags attached.
- We do not refund shipping to you or pay for shipping should you need to return the item. Unless the item was damaged.
- If you received a damaged or broken item. Please take a picture of the broken item within 3 days upon receiving your order. Contact Be`l Beauty at email@example.com and attach pictures of the damaged item.
- Original shipping charges paid at the time of blbeauty.co order submit are refunded only if the product is defective or mis-shipped by Be`l Beauty. blbeauty.co
- A full refund or store credit will be issued on a return, providing the return is within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Should Be`l Beauty issue a refund it will be processed on the card in which you purchased the item.
- You will be notified once your store credit or refund has been issued by the email address you provided at checkout.
